Why do I get an error when uploading or downloading my drawings?

While you can copy and paste or drag and drop into the FTP site just as working across an in-house network, that is not the most appropriate means by which to transfer data without some form of loss experienced. We at American TLC recommend some form of FTP Client such as Smart FTP or Cute FTP, there are several others out there that work just as well.
